Shipping is calculated based on package weight (not products weight) where the weight of packaging might add around 200-500gr from actual product weight stated on product specs.In the very special case where the parcel size considered large and qualified for volumetric calculation, shipping cost will be determined by its volumetric size factor. Price of the products has no impact on how the shipping cost determined.
Once the package has left our warehouse, ORBITGear cannot be held accountable for any lost, stolen, or miss-delivered packages.
If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.
Allow 48-72 Hours after payment settled and confirmed for us to process your order.
We confirmed all the payment everyday on 03.00 PM Jakarta Time [ WIB/GMT+7 ]. All confirmed payment before 03.00 PM will be ship out on the next business days.
AWB/Tracking number will be provided within 24 hours after the parcel dispatched (Typically 24-96 hours) after payment is done.
Please note that no order will be processed during weekend and national holiday.

Although this is very unlikely, we will occasionally cancel orders due to the shortage of materials/stocks or suspicion of fraud.
We will contact you immediately with an explanation, should order cancellation be necessary.
Return & Exchange
ORBIT Gear Indonesia will gladly accept any exchange if there's in any case, you're unhappy with the items you got. We ask no question, we will give you the new one without any additional cost except shipping cost that might be incurred during the process.
Please note that all orders are final; canceling and refund request is different with exchange and for that, we CANNOT GRANTED ANY REFUND REQUEST.
PS: All discounted product, special drop, and collaboration is not eligible for Exchange.
You may exchange any item if you are not satisfied. Returns or exchanges can also be made for any item with a manufacturing defect (Not a damage caused by shipping process or during transit).
Please contact us about any returns or exchanges request within 3 days (3 x 24 hours) after receiving your order.
Returned and exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn/unused, with the original packaging and tags attached.
All SALE or SPECIAL DROP including EARLY BIRD items are final and will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Once we have approved your return, we will provide further instructions. All return attempted without a return authorisation will be shipped back to you - please help us help you!
We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service for any exchange item being returned to the ORBITGear HQ. ORBITGear cannot be responsible for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to ORBIT Gear Indonesia.
We stand behind our products. ORBITGear proudly offers a limited 3 years warranty for every in-line style purchased from our retail stores or www.orbitgear.net
We stand by the design, quality and craftsmanship of our goods, which is why we cover any defective item stemming from production error or material defect. Some examples include zippers failures, defective hardware, stitching unraveling, and fabric defects on a new products.
Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage from extreme use, or damage caused from using an item outside of its intended purpose. However, we can accept repair for any ORBITGear products purchased thru Our Website and Authorized Dealer for a certain amount of Repair Fee. Please note that every item is subject to review by our team and some repairs may require a fee.

The limited warranty refers to the length of time, in our case, upon 3 years of usage and limited to failure caused by manufacturing process. The warranty does not cover any damage incurred by extreme wear, or usage error.
General wear is the expected, organic decomposition of leather or fabric materials over a sustained period of regular usage. Use of any ORBITGear item outside reasonable expected use voids the limited lifetime warranty.
We will make every effort to expedite the mending process and return your item as efficiently as possible. Repair time will be subject to work capacity and seasonal constraints, but you can expect it to be don around 5-20 business days.
