ORBIT Modular Gear & Carry Goods ships all orders with trackable shipping services TNT/DPEX or EMS. Tracking numbers are provided via email at the time of shipment and carrier options may vary based on destination.
Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange for store credit are the responsibility of the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.
ORBIT Modular Gear & Carry Goods is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods ( Tax & Custom Duties ).
It's known that shipping prices has nothing to do with the price of the products itself. Shipping Prices are calculated based on real-time courier rates using the dimension of the package and/or weight.
And for bags, without compensated shipping ( our flat rate system ), you can expect to paid shipping between 20-40 USD / kg for ASIA, 30-80 USD for the rest of the world.
International Flat Rate Shipping
We're trying hard to reduce the amount of shipping charges that customer need to be paid by applying FLAT RATE System
This system is basically a compensated shipping charges where we cover part of the shipping amount to help you reduce the charge. Flat rate applied for the 1st Kilogram of Parcel Weight and additional USD 5/10 might occurred for next kilograms of weight.
We are only able to do this by performing an efficient packing schedule to reduce handling cost. For that, please allow us 48-72 Hours processing time until your package ready to ship.
Once orders have left our workshop, ORBIT Modular Gear & Carry Goods cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or miss-delivered packages.
If you’re having trouble tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.
HOW LONG DID YOU PROCESSED THE ORDER FOR SHIPMENT?
All the shipment will be attempt using reputable courier likes TNT/DPEX/EMS with their trackable services.
Allow 48-72 Hours for us to process your order.
AWB / Tracking number will be provided within 24 hours after the parcel dispatched ( 48-96 hours ) after payment done.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Although this is unlikely, we will occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. We will contact you immediately with an explanation, should order cancellation be necessary.
